Simply upload your invoice, click on the “Start Data Extraction” button and our OCR technology will automatically extract the relevant information, such as the equipment description, number of units, and cost. This means you can save time and reduce the risk of errors associated with manual data entry. To see the extracted data click on the “Extract Data” button which will open the Ferrum Equipment merge tool. Merge tool presents on the left the current data and on the right column the extracted data. The middle column represents the merged data. You can select the data from the left and right columns and add, modify and accept the extracted data.
Our OCR technology is highly accurate, and it is able to recognize text in various languages and formats. This means you can use it for invoices from different countries and in different languages. It also supports different file formats, such as PDF, JPG, and PNG.
