At Ferrum we are looking to increase transparency amongst our business network participants, which is why we’ve introduced an optional ratings system for all users once they complete a transaction.
Step 1
You can now leave a review for the various participants who worked on a particular transaction. Once you’ve completed a transaction, simply click on the + Add Review button at the top right corner of the Transaction Summary and select the company that you would like to rate.
Step 2
A rating below 3-Stars requires an explanation, which you can leave anonymously, if you prefer.
